Andie Marie
birth date
January 31st, 1990
Owner- Excalibur Comics

Height: 5'7"
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Short, Black
Build: Slender with Muscle Tone
Additional Info: A Number of Tattoos.

CHILL: Andie is a very cool and laid back person. It takes a lot to get her angry at people, and is usually just those key things that might set her off. The rest of the time, she's very easy going and pleasant to be around. She's very social too, and loves just hanging out.
GEEKY: Andie is a huge geek, and has been since she was a kid. She loves anything comics, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, you name it. She could go on all day about these loves as well, which is perfect for her job at a comic book store.
MUSICAL: Another of Andie's biggest loves is musical, and she has a very musical soul. Her hobby is playing the guitar, and she performs on occasion for fun at clubs that will let her. She is also one who seems to always be listening to music as well, and doesn't like the room being too quiet for too long.
MOTHERLY: Andie is a dedicate mom, and cares for her daughter dearly. She is always going out of her way for Diana, and never minds a moment of it. She particularly looks forward to spending time with her when she can.
CLOSED TO DATING: While Andie has moved on from her husband's death in some respects, one thing she is closed off to at the time is starting a new relationship, even for the sake of her daughter. This doesn't mean it can't happen, just that she's very cautious about finding the right person.
OVER-WORK: Andie pushes herself a bit too hard at times, as a mother, business owner, and her musician jobs on the side. This presses on her health a good bit. In addition, she has developed a caffeine to an extent due to the need of coffee.
CERTAIN ISSUES: Though chill, there are certain things Andie will blow up at, and it is hard to calm her down once it happens. Homophobic slurs will set her off, and ANY hostile action against her daughter. She can get mad to the point of swinging.

Andie Walker was born in Sydney, Australia to a couple who were high-ups at a big media corporation. However, when Andie was five, the family moved to New York as both parents got a new, higher-paying job at a corporation in the Big Apple. Being around media, Andie was exposed to a number of show, movies, and books early on. She became obsessed with fandoms, especially comics. Her favorite character was Wonder Woman, and she would always pretend to be her at school while the boys played Superman and Batman. She had a very happy childhood because of this.

When Andie was a teen, she worked part-time at a comics shop in New York. She had a lot of fun at the place, and especially with her co-worker, Stan Walker. The two got along very well, and started dating by the time the two began college. Andie majored in business management, and knew what she wanted to do when she graduated... run her own comics shop. Stan had the same dream, and they decided to go into it together, saving money while they got their degrees. Following graduation, the two got engaged, but decided not to marry until they achieved their dream. That dream came in the form of a small shop in Lochland Grove called Excalibur Comics. When the two saw that the previous owner was selling it for a good price, they moved to the town. Soon after obtaining the place, they got married and went on to have a daughter, Diana.

For a few happy years, they ran the shop, and just enjoyed life as a family. However, a tragic car accident when Stan was outside of town took her husband's life. It took a toll on Andie, and while she recovered from it over time and went back to running the business and being more social, it has been very hard for her to get back into the dating scene as she feels no one will be what her husband was. Not long ago, she took up guitar given her love for music. Focus on it, her shop, and her daughter have helped her move on a great deal.

Fruits and Veggies: Andie is a bit of a health nut when it comes to food. Not so much beverages...
Alcohol and Coffee: Andie is a big fan of the coffee, and though she doesn't drink, and is never drunk around, her daughter, she does enough a good drink or three out with friends.
Fandoms: Andie is a huge geek, and loves comics, sci-fi, gaming, etc.
Being A Mom: Andie loves her daughter, Diana, a great deal, and loves being able to be with her and take care of her while she can.
Music: Tessa loves a variety of it, both listening to it and playing it on her guitar.

Meat: Won't eat it, doesn't even like to look at it or smell it.
Soda: While she enjoys coffee and booze, she hates soda. She won't even make her cocktails with it.
Spiders: She will kill one on sight. Hated them since childhood.
Homophobia: Andie is highly proud of who she is, and won't give anyone who defies that the time of day. She might give them a right cross though.
Politics: She can casually chat on them a bit, but she hates when someone rambles on and on about them.

Andie and Diana have a black cat named Selina Kyle.

Andi was one of the happiest people in the world. She was happily married to the love of her life, Ara, something they never believed could happen in their days in college.  She and Ara also had twin children, Bowie and Lacey, with the aid of a kind, surrogate mother.  And to top it all off, Andi was running her dream business, a store called Fandoms Unlimited.  Life could not be sweeter. <p>

Today Andi and Ara both had a day off, and decided to shop in Reddmire Village.  Andi loved the neighborhood, especially because it was very LGBT-friendly and she and Ara could walk about with their kids without the occasional odd stare or muttered comment.  It wasn't terribly bad elsewhere, but it could be an annoyance.  <p>

Andi carried her son Bowie as they looked at some Harry Potter merchandise inside a little shop.  They would be joining Ara and Lacey soon for lunch.  Bowie was closer to Andi while Lacey was closer to Ara, though Andi loved the two children dearly. <p>

"Was tha, mommy?" asked Bowie, pointing to an object. <p>

"That's a wand, buddy," said Andi. <p>

"Is tha Hawwy Potter's wand?"  <p>

"No, it's Dumbledore's.  He was one of Harry's teachers." <p>

"He teach Hawwy Potta magic?" <p>

"Yes, he did." <p>

"Can I learn magic?" <p>

"Well not for real, but we can pretend to do magic." <p>

"Okay, tha sounds fun." <p>

Andi smiled when Ara and Lacey came in. Her heart was so happy to have the three people she loved the most around her any time of any day. She kissed Ara on the lips, then kissed Lacey on the cheek. <p>

"We are wizzas, Mama!" smiled Bowie. "We gon petend to learn magic!" <p>

Andi chuckled as Lacey agreed with Ara that they would be rock stars. <p>

"I think having rock stars and wizards around the house is the coolest thing ever," she said. "We can make up a magic rock song."<p>

"A magic wok song?" said Bowie, who's jaw was dropped. "Wow!" <p>

"But first, let's go get some lunch," she said. "You two as hungry as Mama and I are? We can go to one of our favorite places to eat in the world. Who wants Banzai Bowls?" Banzai Bowls was a place where customers could create their own rice or noodle bowls. <p>

"Meeee"! said Bowie.
